Listen Kenshin, if you don't feel comfortable about doing this, I'm sure there is some sort of protocol you could follow... you're probably not the first guy in history who didn't feel comfortable acting as a witness.

If you just can't be arsed to do it, you should go though, and get that fucker into prison.

Good news. He took the plea bargain. He will get life in place of death. This was his 4th strike (2 strikes with this one) and he was wanted for murder before he killed this guy. We all win.

15-20 (or mostly 25) is more of a regular sentence.
